Matt Sheridan is awarded the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant 2018

We are thrilled to announce that Matt Sheridan has been awarded the prestigious Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant for 2018.

The Pollock-Krasner Foundation, Inc. was established in 1985 for the sole purpose of providing financial assistance to individual visual artists of established ability through the generosity of the late Lee Krasner, one of the leading abstract expressionist painters and the widow of Jackson Pollock. Krasner left approximately $23 million in cash, securities and art to the foundation.

Over the next 12 months Matt will work on a new body of work from his downtown Los Angeles studio. We are so pleased that the endorsement of the Foundation will allow Matt the opportunity to further develop years of investigation and exploration.
