DESCRIPTION:

Briony Barr has created a series of canvas mono-prints inspired by drawing details of some of the paintings in 'Strange Attractor'. 

Attractor VI - IX were created by making a drawing on paper with oil stick and immediately pressing a fresh piece of canvas against it, so as to create a mirror impression. These two artworks were inspired by forms in ‘The Painter’. The printing process was repeated twice, with the image orientated differently each time.

The mono-prints have then been painted into with white acrylic.
